WHY I DO WHAT I DO
After completing my studies with a Master in Organisational Psychology, I gained experience internationally as a corporate recruiter before moving into L&D and HR roles. In Australia I held a number of Senior HR Generalist positions and recently led the Operations for a Not for Profit environmental organisation.
Since 2022 I keep following my heart, supporting Not for Profit organisations in the Human Resources and Organisational Development space.
I am a member of of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). My coaching practice is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines.
